Premium On-Site
A Premium onsite warranty includes full system support by an engineer, who will travel to your site to solve any system failures (excluding software or operating system bugs) which cannot be resolved through verbal or written support.
Full on Site
A full onsite warranty includes full hardware break-down cover and on-site support by an engineer, who will travel to your site to repair or exchange any hardware issues which cannot be resolved through verbal or written support. Software configuration and re-installation is not covered.
Return to Base
Offering the best value, all software and hardware is covered provided your support contract is renewed on time, the complete system (excluding peripherals) needs to be returned to our offices for evaluation and repair. This service is chargeable for systems out of warranty.
Software Only
Provides full software support and regular software updates to the registered user, hardware problems and failures are not covered.
