Haven't updated recently? Here's how...

Updating VideoBOX PRO is very straightforward, you will need the following:
1. Current fully working configuration.
2. New licence file if specified for the version you are upgrading to.
3. Administrator access password for the PC operating system.
4. Familiarity with adding and removing programs using the Windows add/remove function.
5. Latest VideoBOX PRO software.
You can now obtain all the latest software from our website, our FTP server if you have an FTP account with us or you can request an update disc. Use the links in our support section to contact us for further assistance or advice.

IMPORTANT:
You can now use our secure FTP site to UPLOAD any DVR files you are seeing frequently or having problems with.
If we find a solution we will add this to the system codec pack using a self updating program or "PATCH" these patches will also appear as a historical list on our website and FTP which can be downloaded as required. Codec Pack patches will typically include new format support for several additional formats. It is anticipated that the codec pack will be shared by VideoBOX PRO, lite, digital, DCR and ViewSTATION so any developments and updates will benefit both programs and all users of all the above programs.
