Please use this form to Request a New or Reminder License Code, Request an Upgrade Disc via Post if you are unable to download updates, Request Technical Support or Register your Product, registering your product entitles you to free updates and licenses for the duration of your support contract.
Your systems serial number is located on the bottom or side of your purchased PC system on a silver bar-code sticker, if this is not accessible, enter the serial number as 999.
The software serial number can be found in the Help>About menu in your software.
Vision Base licenses require that your software protection key (dongle) remains on the same PC. If you move your dongle or replace your computer, please inform us of your new MAC address as new licenses will be required.
To obtain your system MAC address (also known as the Ethernet physical address) Click on START, then RUN, type "CMD", then Enter, type "IPCONFIG /ALL" then press enter). If the MAC address cannot be obtained submit this form with value 999.
