IMPORTANT: If you have not upgraded since the March2011 release, a new licence file will be required to install and run all these latest updates to our programs. It is advisable to request the latest licence file prior to attempting to install these latest releases.
A correct licence file will be requested during installation.

Upgrade licence keys are available free of charge to registered users with a valid maintenance contract.
NOTE: If your force has multiple copies of software, upgrade licence files will be issued directly to your local support or project manager. If you are not sure please contact our support department for confirmation.
SERVICEPACK DOWNLOAD: The service pack contains all the required resources and codecs for digital CCTV decoding. To allow for easier downloading, this has been split into 4-segments, please ensure you download all 4 parts approximately 1.4GB total, copy these files to a USB key or burn to a DVD and then run the file labelled "SERVICEPACK.part1.exe". This will install the latest service pack to the correct location. Due to the large file sizes, please allow several minutes for this installer to run.
